V for Vendetta 8/10?
I just watched this movie and surprisingly enough i did not hated everyt moment of it.
****SPOLIERS AHEAD DONT READ IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE MOVIE*****
The movie tries to connect so many ideas in around 2 hours. Its mainly about an anarchist who tries to bring down a goverment that was got into power through lies. The idea is really interesting since it somehow implies that causing the public to panic about impeding terrorist domination or whatever(islamic extremists) caused a conservative party to be elected and thus demolishing all sorts of "freedom"(well including freedom of sexuality too apparently). So anyway apaprently this party banned islam in UK, and stuff goes on from there with "V"who wants to destroy this goverment.
Anyway the movie really reminded me of 1984, whenever they had that stupid meeting there he was,Big Brother...

Anyway i would recommend the movie since i really liked it, Natalie Portman is not bad at all too.

Saw it and loved it. Also, Natalie Portman is as hot as ever. Another movie based around the same theme is Equilibrium. About rebels and a government that doesn´t even allow people to feel(!), by taking a drug three times a day they can supress feelings. Christian Bale as badass grammaton clerk (wtfbbqpwner)
